What the requirement means in practice

Start with the big pieces, then check the regulator for the details attached to your exact authority.

01

Reach your 12-point total

Complete at least 12 CPD points by 30 April each year. Points above the industry-specific minimum can come from general CPD.

02

Cover the industry-specific minimum

At least 8 of your 12 points must be industry-specific CPD relevant to property-agency work.

03

Include external-provider points

At least 4 of your industry-specific points must be delivered by a provider external to your employer. These count within your 8 industry-specific points, not on top of them.
