Is there a free trial?

Yes. Everyone gets a 14-day free trial, so you can start tracking CPD and explore the platform before subscribing — no credit card required.

Which Australian states do you support?

TRACit supports CPD rules for NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS, ACT and other Australian states. Compliance rules are kept up to date as regulations change.

How much does it cost for an individual agent?

Self-managed individual pricing depends on how you are licensed. A standard individual agent is $88 per agent per year, independent contractors are $120 per agent per year, and multi-region licence holders (agents licensed across multiple states or regions) are $150 per agent per year. All plans are billed annually.

How does pricing work for offices?

Office agent rates depend on how each agent is licensed: $88 per standard agent, $120 per independent contractor, and $150 per multi-region licence holder, per year. Non-licensed support staff and office administrators are free. Former agents can be archived for $8 per year so you can keep access to their compliance records and documents from their time with your office.

Can I import existing CPD records?

Yes. You can upload existing certificates and CPD records into TRACit at any time. Group customers can use bulk import for larger teams during onboarding.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel any time. Your records remain accessible for the remainder of your billing period, and you can export your certificates and CPD history before your subscription ends.

Are prices inclusive of GST?
